All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include any taxes.

All prices are FOB Laval, Qc. Delivery fees will apply and be calculated subject to the distance from the postal code H7L 6C3.

Deliveries can only be made to the address of the buyer, we can not deliver anything to the address of a third party.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to be there to receive the delivery on the date and time that is scheduled and agreed upon. It is also the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that any space restrictions are cleared on that date and time, so that the table can be properly delivered and assembled. If these responsibilities are not met, and this causes any delays, the costs associated with those delays will be charged to the buyer.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect & sign when receiving any products. If any component is defective, the buyer must reject that part of the delivery, and return the defective component in its original packaging.

Once the buyer signs & accepts the delivery of any of our products, the buyer automatically becomes exclusively responsible for that product. 155 Snooker cannot be held responsible for any deficiencies after the date and time of the signature.

155 Snooker bears no liability for the difference of color between your electronic device display and the actual product. Depending on the settings on your device, the shades may vary slightly.

All goods returned to us must be done in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth. No deliveries will be accepted by us without this.

It is the responsibility of the customer to bear the costs of shipping back any items. If any items are found to be faulty, they will be replaced or repaired and the shipping will be reimbursed to the customer within 30 days.

155 Snooker reserves the right to cancel an order at any time, If an item was erroneously priced or described at the time of purchase.

These terms and conditions are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec in Canada. Any disputes or resolutions are to be governed there.

Upon the purchase of any of our products, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions above.
